Alesha Dixon is a British singer, dancer, and television personality. She was born on October 7, 1978, in Welwyn Garden City, Hertfordshire, England.
Dixon began her career as a member of the girl group Mis-Teeq in the early 2000s. The group achieved success with hits such as "All I Want" and "Scandalous." In 2005, Dixon left Mis-Teeq to pursue a solo career. Her debut album, "Fired Up," was released in 2006 and included the hit single "Lipstick."
In addition to her music career, Dixon has also had success as a television presenter and judge. She was a judge on the UK version of "Strictly Come Dancing" from 2009 to 2011 and then joined the judging panel of "Britain's Got Talent" in 2012.
