Hugo Weaving Autograph

Hugo Weaving is a British/Australian actor. He was born on 4 April 1960 in Ibadan, Colony and Protectorate of Nigeria.

He made his film debut, in a minor role, on ...Maybe This Time (1981) and has gone on to appear and star in many television and film projects throughout his career. He is best known for his roles as Agent Smith in The Matrix trilogy (1999-2003), Elrond in The Lord of the Rings trilogy (2001-03) and The Hobbit (2012 / 2014), V in V for Vendetta (2005), the voice of Megatron in the first three Transformers films (2007-11) and Johann Schmidt/Red Skull in Captain America: The First Avenger (2011).
